Omar was slammed by the Minneapolis Star Tribune in an editorial, who attacked her for her “missteps, anti-Semitic remarks and finance issues.” They argued that her primary challenger, Antone Melton-Meaux would “be the kind of leader who could unite a fractured district.”

Melton-Meaux “brings a different sensibility to his race, one grounded in helping resolve disputes to move forward — a skill this country is much in need of,” the paper argued.

“While Omar wants to lead a movement, Melton-Meaux seeks to serve the Fifth District,” they continued.

While the newspaper noted that Ilhan Omar may have been the first Muslim woman and first refugee elected to Congress, “her time has been marred by missteps, including remarks on Israel widely regarded as anti-Semitic, an outsized number of missed votes, and campaign-finance issues,” adding that “it is just these kinds of ethical distractions that the Fifth District could do without.”

The newspaper concluded that because Omar took “little responsibility for her rocky start,” and decided to blame her critics rather than inwardly reflect, they had to endorse her opponent.

His mother grew up picking cotton, and his father used service in Vietnam and the GI bill to put himself through college and lift his family into the middle class,” they argued. “Melton-Meaux fully grasps the needs of the diverse constituency he hopes to represent, and, if given a chance, is the kind of leader who could unite a fractured district.”

The “missteps” and “issues” the newspaper mentions are, of course, numerous. In the 2020 election cycle so far, Omar’s husband’s firm received more than $1 million in payments. Omar has also been consistently, radically, anti-American, claiming that the left must begin the “dismantling” of the American political system. These are merely two of her recent problems!

Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA) nearly doubled her income in 2010 from consulting fees she received from a nonprofit she co-founded, and Bass’s re-election campaign donated nearly $100,000 to that nonprofit between 2008 and 2011, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Bass, a vice presidential contender on Democratic presumptive nominee Joe Biden’s VP shortlist, co-founded a South Los Angeles-based nonprofit called the Community Coalition in 1990. Her community organizing with the Coalition laid the groundwork for her successful run for the California State Assembly in 2004, where she would eventually rise to the position of Speaker in 2008.

A Los Angeles Times review of Bass’s financial disclosures found that her State Assembly campaign committees paid the Community Coalition nearly $100,000 between 2008 and 2011. And in 2010, the Community Coalition paid Bass a total of $70,500 in consulting fees, an amount that nearly doubled her State Assembly salary that year.

Financial disclosures show that Bass’s campaign made two major donations to the nonprofit organization that she co-founded.

The first was for $47,000 given between late 2008 (the year Bass became Speaker of the California Assembly) and 2009.

The second donation was for $50,000 in late 2011 when Bass was closing out her Assembly campaign chest after she got elected to Congress.

Bass acknowledged to the Times that her fundraising ability flourished in 2008 after she became Speaker of the Assembly – which coincided with her campaign’s first major donation to the Community Coalition:

Bass said her donations grew considerably after she became speaker, a position that enabled her to raise more money. After she was elected to Congress, she wanted to give away what was left in her Assembly campaign accounts, she said.

However, the picture becomes a bit more complicated when one factors in the money the nonprofit paid Bass as a “consultant.”

“In 2010, the Community Coalition paid her $70,500 in consulting fees directly and through one of its contractors, according to interviews and public records,” the Times reports.

The $70,500 breaks down into two separate payments from 2010, according to the Times:

The Community Coalition directly paid Bass $26,500 to help it do research and appear in a short video to mark its 20th anniversary. Bass collected an additional $44,000 through a Community Coalition contract with Jemmott Rollins Group, a nonprofit consulting firm, to help devise fundraising strategies for community groups devastated by the Great Recession, according to a House filing and to Frances Jemmott, chief executive of Jemmott Rollins.

These consulting fees nearly doubled Bass’s reported salary in 2010 and are the only consulting income she received between 2003 and 2018 (a period which spans her political career), the Times reports:

Other than the $70,500, Bass reported no consulting income between 2003 and 2018, according to financial disclosure forms. Those payments nearly doubled her reported $94,000 salary in 2010 as a member of the Assembly. The year before, she was paid $139,000 as speaker, a position she gave up in early 2010 as she was facing term limits on her Assembly seat and preparing to run for Congress.

Bass claims that her campaign’s donations to the nonprofit she co-founded were unrelated to the consulting income the nonprofit paid her. She says the money the Community Coalition paid her came from outside grants it received from foundations like the California Endowment.

“I had no reason in the world to give them a contribution and ask for it back,” Bass told the Times.

Still, the arrangement “creates the appearance of a conflict of interest,” according to Kirk O. Hanson, senior fellow at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University.

“It’s not a good idea to receive substantial income from organizations that are supported by contributions from your campaign fund,” Hanson told the Times. “It creates an appearance of a conflict of interest, that you have converted campaign funds into personal income.”

These latest revelations add to other concerns about Bass brought to light by the increased scrutiny of the VP vetting process.

She has come under criticism for her decades-long association with communists, her membership in a communist front group run by Cuba’s communist regime, her praise of Fidel Castro, and her public praise for her communist mentor and communist influencers.

Biden is expected to announce his vice presidential pick next week.

Television personality giant Oprah Winfrey — a woman with a net worth of about $2.6 billion, believes that she is still less privileged than a white wage worker living in the rust belt.

Winfrey has jumped head first into the national discourse on racial divisions in America, and she picked sides immediately. One of her remarks made during a recent podcast makes it clear that she isn’t at all interested in mending those historic wounds, but instead ripping them wide open all over again.

As you’ll see in the clip below, Winfrey believes that there is absolutely no condition where a white person living in America is less “privileged” than anyone else. It doesn’t matter that someone like her — who grew up in poverty and rose to become one of the most successful television personalities of all time — can make it just by living in America. All that matters to progressives now is a skin-deep analysis. If you are white, you benefit from a system that puts you on the top by putting others down.


If this sounds like a bunch of nonsense to you, that’s because it is. This isn’t to suggest that dark periods of history such as slavery and the Jim Crow South did not have far-reaching effects. The left’s analysis of “privilege” is just provably misguided.

The story of America is one of a people that came to accept and expand the original promise outlined in the Declaration of Independence. And it’s true that promise did not initially apply to all Americans. But over time — through truly heroic struggles — all Americans came to be entitled to life, liberty, and property.

There was a time when this was an understood fact in American life. But with political agitators like Oprah lending credence to the destructive Marxist idea that America was intentionally built upon a system of oppression, this is no longer an understood truth.

This is what makes statements like the one you’re about to hear so dangerous.

The Wall Street Journal has recently reported that murder rates surged by 24% this summer in dozens of major American cities since the George Floyd riots began.

WSJ writes, “A pronounced rise in homicides this year hit large cities across the country, indicating a new public-safety risk set off during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the midst of a recession and a nation wide reaction against police tactics.”

Chicago tops out the murder rate for the year so far with nearly 450 murders. Philadelphia trails the lead position with 245 murders. New York takes the third highest spot with 215 deaths. Houston ranks 4th with 180 murders, and Los Angeles rounds out the top five at 160 violent murders.

The article went on to rank 31 other major cities with disturbing spikes in violence, murder, and generalized chaos.

University of Chicago professor Jens Ludwig told WSJ, “Everything society does to shape public safety was turned upside-down during the pandemic.”

Police officials have named a number of factors as contributing to the deadly decline in order, citing fallout from the pandemic, a decrease in general civility marked by desperation for simple household goods like toilet paper, and the sharp decline of trust in public institutions. They called it, “[…] growing signs of a fraying of the social order.”

In Democrat-run Chicago, homicides have always been most prevalent in the poorest neighborhoods. Recently, the mayor blamed the outlying communities for the ingress of guns into these communities. The state of Illinois contains many rural neighborhoods, farming communities, and agricultural assets. In locations like these guns are a commonality. That is true in nations all around the world. Even in countries where it is next to impossible for such locations to acquire guns, other weapons are more common.

There are good reasons for this. Agricultural installations are a natural attraction for wild predatory animals. It is also markedly easier for trespassers to walk through such places, making guns even more necessary. And, of course, there are fewer reasons to infringe on the gun rights of people who live out in wide open spaces, where firearms can be discharged with a greater deal of safety.

But handguns are far from the most popular and practical types of guns in these areas where rifles are much more useful. However, that doesn’t stop Democrats in Chicago from accusing rural areas of supplying city-dwelling criminals with handguns.

Democrat officials like these are unqualified to comment on gun issues. They frequently show their ignorance about gun death stats and about how firearms work in general. Worse still, they have failed for decade after decade to keep violent crime under control in the cities they portend to run.

They are so bad at their jobs that one could reasonably question whether or not they even want to reduce the murder rates among their constituents. After decades of consistently pursuing policies that have been proven to produce poverty and violence, reasonable people can only conclude that Democrats must enjoy chaos.

A fire inside a police union building led authorities in Portland, Oregon, to declare a riot and force protesters away from the offices as violent demonstrations continue in the city that had hoped for calm after federal agents withdrew more than a week ago.

Three officers were hurt, including two who were taken to a hospital, during efforts to clear a crowd of several hundred people outside the Portland Police Association building late Saturday, police said in a statement. The two hospitalized officers have since been released.

Rallies had been held earlier in the afternoon and evening throughout the city, including at Peninsula, Laurelhurst and Berrydale parks, local media reported.

Police said a group from Peninsula Park marched to the Portland Police Association building, which is located about 5 miles (8 kilometers) north of the federal courthouse that had been the target of nightly violence earlier this summer. The Portland Police Association is a labor union that represents members of the Portland Police Bureau.

A group of demonstrators broke into the building, set the fire and were adding to it when officers made the riot declaration just after 11:30 p.m., police said. Video shot by a journalist, and surveillance video from inside the building obtained by the police department, shows smoke and flames arising from inside the building.

Officers formed a line and used flash bangs and smoke canisters to force the protest several blocks away. Demonstrators congregated at Kenton Park, where they were again ordered to disperse. Most of the crowd had left by 2 a.m., police stated.

The gatherings this week had been noticeably smaller than the crowds of thousands who turned out nightly for about two weeks in July to protest the presence of U.S. agents sent by the Trump administration to protect the federal courthouse downtown.

This week’s clashes have, however, amped up tensions after an agreement between state and federal officials seemed to offer a brief reprieve.

Police arrested 24 people during demonstrations overnight Friday after they said people defied orders to disperse and threw rocks, frozen or hard-boiled eggs and commercial-grade fireworks at officers. An unlawful assembly was declared outside the Penumbra Kelly public safety building.

Most of those arrested were from Portland, while one man was from Oakland, California, and another was Tulsa, Oklahoma. Most were in their 20s or 30s. The charges included assault on an officer, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

An Oregon State Police trooper was struck in the head by a large rock and suffered a head injury, police said. The trooper’s condition was not immediately known.

Some demonstrators filled pool noodles with nails and placed them in the road, causing extensive damage to a patrol vehicle, police said. Oregon State Police worked with Portland officers to clear the protesters.

Since George Floyd was killed in Minneapolis, protests over racial injustice and police brutality have occurred nightly for more than 70 days.

Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler said violent protesters are also serving as political “props” for President Donald Trump in a divisive election season where the president is hammering on a law-and-order message. Trump has called the protesters as “sick and dangerous anarchists” running wild in the city’s streets.

Tear gas was used by police on protesters Wednesday for the first time since the U.S. agents pulled back their presence in the city. But officers did not use it Thursday or Friday despite declaring the demonstrations unlawful assemblies. Police said tear gas wasn't used Saturday.

Some major bombshells have been coming out of CSPAN lately. We watched the Democrats scold Bill Barr, not let him speak, and insult him every time he tried to speak. We watched Jim Jordan expose Dr Fauci’s unwillingness to admit that violent rioters were spreading Coronavirus. And we watched as Democrats refused to condemn the violence of ANTIFA while needlessly insulting Ted Cruz.

Now, we’re seeing more of the same from Democrat mayors and governors. Recently the Governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) delivered a lecture to residents of the state. She told the state that the protests, which have been overwhelmingly violent and chaotic, will be allowed to continue. But that anyone going door to door to register voters will face legal repercussions.

She said, “We are not going to let COVID be an excuse to disrupt peaceful protests, but we are not going to let that be an excuse for political organizing for any candidate or party.”

This was said while the debate rages on about the validity of mail-in ballots.

This is just part of a larger war for our ability to hear the truth from sources other than the MSM. It is just one of many examples of how Democrats are doing everything in their power to make it illegal or impossible to get real news, to spread any message that might hurt them in the polls, and to get Donald Trump out of office by any means necessary.


The refusal of Washington Democrats, and even Trump’s own top medical advisor, to say anything that might hinder the ability of ANTIFA to sew discord in communities is just a start. While all of this public-facing mendacity holds our attention, officials across the country are trying to maintain lockdowns while ensuring nothing gets in the way of violent riots from keeping Americans in their homes and afraid.

At the same time, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other major tech platforms have been blocking the ability of front line doctors and medics from publicizing what they know about the truth of the so-called pandemic. Recently, a group of doctors went public with their positive experience with Hydroxychloroquine, the drug promoted by the President weeks ago.

These doctors said that the drug has been in use for decades, and has a positive track record of successfully treating many diseases and conditions. They also say that it is an effective treatment for COVID-19. That video, which was originally published by Breitbart, has been completely scrubbed from the Internet. It cannot be found online outside of alt tech sites like Bitchute, GAB, and BrandNewTube.

Make no mistake, this is the kind of behavior that has ripped American society in two, and it is a one-way ticket straight into a new civil war.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts continued poking the rule of law in the eyeball this summer when he lifted his robes up to jog across the chamber and join the liberals on the court for the DACA ruling. Instead of making the obvious ruling – that DACA is clearly unconstitutional and should be allowed to expire, Roberts set America on a brand-new course for a glorious and unpredictable future. See, Roberts established two remarkable new precedents that are, at least for the time being, the new law of the land.

Those precedents are:

First, that any president can make up a law out of thin air through an Executive Order – and it now stands as law.

And second, that no future president can overturn a previous president’s Executive Order.



Obama’s Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals was clearly unconstitutional. Obama singlehandedly changed existing US immigration law through the DACA program, which also goes against the spirit of all previous Executive Orders in US history. Congress is supposed to make law, while the Executive branch enforces the law. But Obama invented a new law through DACA that he then sought to enforce, by handing out work permits to people who admitted they were in the country illegally and allowing them to stay here.

Thank you, Democrats! Because now President Donald Trump is going to use these new legal standards as an America First wrecking ball against you – and for the people.

If America is going to fall apart no matter what, which most people seem to think is going to happen anyway, who would you rather have in charge under a new dictator-for-life model? Stacy Abrams and Kamala Harris, who have pledged their allegiance to a white genocide movement? Or Donald Trump?

Personally, I’d much rather have a generous helping of Emperor-for-Life Donald Trump, with a side of Future Emperor-for-Life Donald Trump, Jr.

Trump is already going to town with the newly imposed powers that John Roberts has granted him through the DACA ruling. The talks between Republicans and Democrats have stalled because of the Democrat Party’s insistence that a coronavirus economic relief package has to contain trillions of dollars in pork for the Democrat Party.

They’re asking for amnesty for all illegal aliens, abolishing ICE, free rent for all time for people, free transgender surgeries for illegal aliens in the military, vote by mail and other insane policies that have nothing to do with the virus. The gap between the two sides is way too wide to be breached anytime soon, and Emperor for Life Trump is annoyed by all of this because he knows that the American people are struggling under an economic slump.

So, Trump has issued a slew of Executive Orders to grant the American people relief. He is and always has been a master of annoying the privileged by helping the people, which throws the elites in DC into frothing-at-the-mouth fits of rage every time.

Trump has used the magic Executive Order pen that he inherited from Obama to suspend the payroll tax for Americans earning less than $100,000 for the rest of the year (that’s about a $2200 tax cut for every working American), establish an eviction moratorium through December 15, extend an additional $400 per week unemployment benefit for the rest of the year, and suspend student loan payments and interest for the rest of the year.

Now remember, Democrats: These are LAWS and you get no takebacks, thanks to the new standard that you guys established!

Trump is no longer willing to play under the two-sets-of-rules standard that the Democrats want us to live under. If you want to change the rules even more, Democrats, then you need to understand that Trump will go there in order to benefit the people and not the powerful.

Under the new standards that presidents can make laws via Executive Order, and those executive orders can never be overturned by the Supreme Court, just imagine what you’ve unleashed, Democrats. If Donald Trump issues an Executive Order tomorrow suspending elections for the rest of his life, under what legal standard would you stop him?
