I agree "Judaism is the only truth;" however, it's the only truth for us Jews.
Jewish Scriptures do show us that exist others paths to Hashem, and being a Jew is one of many.

As for what Dadman said:

The Covenant is for us Jews to be reminded that we have Torah to comeback to Hashem. A reminder that we've chosen Hashem and Hashem has chosen us; above and beyond the imperfections of our humanity. Which He has bestowed upon us.

J a g u a r: Jewish Scriptures speak of the truth for Jews ONLY, we are NOT the religious police brigade. Our religious text recognize that exist non Jews who have a relationship with Hashem, we see it in the Noahide Covenant which has its laws, and is an everlasting Covenant. Meaning, the truth of G-d isn't only for Jews, Jewish Scriptures (Judaism) doesn't claim exclusivity as Christianity and Islam does.
