Zanjan: Then don't think about me. Think about trying to catch up........you missed the bus but there's another on the way; hopefully, it's not too crowded for you.

Judgment day happened for Christianity well over a thousand years ago. For Islam, it happened 170 years ago. #4 & #5 That was the biggie both were waiting for. Obviously, there's more to the world than those two religions - the rest got the spill over. Atheists were judged the moment they denied God, so nothing has changed for them.

deuce916: What happened on judgement day for christianity well over a thousand years ago?

Zanjan: It was judged to have outlived its effectiveness; power was withdrawn from it and transferred to the next religion. Think of it as being like a vine that produces fruit - those fruits were harvested, while the vine, having fulfilled its purpose, withered.

Zanjan: You and I weren't born yet. Personally, I never knew Islam existed until I was in my early-twenties. Schools were very Christian biased in those days.

Zanjan: You've heard it said, you just didn't listen. The corpse hasn't decomposed yet and I don't think it will for a long time - as long as it still serves to educate.

Zanjan: Not being bitchy - you and I both know there are many sects of Christianity that don't educate at all, they just add more lies to the mix. That's why the pews in many churches are mostly empty and their congregations have no children left in them. I know of several churches in the city that have 'for sale' signs on them.

Have a restful sleep.

"Neither satan or the devil exist as entities."

You said it so what does it mean?

You have to suspect some Christians of promoting ' the Devil ' or whatever natural thing that's like him.

Zanjan: Keeps the kids in check though, eh?

I remember one native foster kid I had. He was 10 years old and his name was Dameon. I asked him if he knew what his name meant; he said "Yes - 'devil" , then smiled brightly. Well, Reserve Natives often give their kids strange names; sadly, demeaning ones.

You know, some of our European traditional children's rhymes aren't so nice either. Remember the kid who stuck his thumb in a pie? As punishment, they cut his thumb off. There's a moral to that ditty, see if you can find it.
