Zanjan: Yes.........He wasn't privy to the scope of what future Manifestations of God would deliver. I'm sure Jesus knows your heart though. Did Jesus speak to you and tell you that you know Him better than I do?

chronology: Well Zan we must disagree as to history. We have yet to see a global political State with a global absolute dictator. We have yet to see the complete entire crash of the world economy, we have yet to see spectacular weather and other events on a global disaster scale.

Zanjan: Video: there's a reason they don't show garbage like that on TV. Small mentalities.

Who compares God to God? Not God, He doesn't do that, neither have any of the Prophets done so. Only people of different religions have done it. Who do you make your example?

Religious war was conducted by the armies of Darkness against the armies of Light. It was not a battle of reason or for possession of truth - it was a battle of good against evil (state of soul within).

In every case, many believed it was a contest against each other (instead of self) so were too stupid to figure out who had won, who was obedient to God and who wasn't. They couldn't determine who had virtues and who didn't, or who God liked best.

God knew that so He gave mankind a decisive, factual way to know: God chose for Himself a tract of Holy Ground, and to the Victor goes the spoils.

All they had to do was look at the Holy Land - who occupied and ruled it at any given time? There was only ONE, single instance in history where a religious group got booted out and was allowed back in again to rule. NONE of the others were. THAT was God's choice, not man's. THAT is where God raises His Banner - who, in all the world, shall sit on His Holy Mountain?

Does anyone care about God's choice?

chronology: I really don't get all this 'Holy Land' stuff Zan. Mankind's history began in Iraq, and it will have it's last moments there as well.

Zanjan: Well, that was where Eden was attributed to be so very long ago, depending on who you ask. Credit for the first written history goes to India; thus, the oldest religious text that's still with us is Hindu.

Theirs was a very small world. In antiquity, people groups were logistically cut off from each other.....only the brave and tough traders who traveled got a peek at the exotic.

Eventually, that changed as transportation and opportunity through interstate relations improved and nation-building became the main feature of life. Doors opened for migration in earnest. The size of the world grew; with that, so did their awareness of other civilizations.

Seems to me the Mediterranean is a very convenient place for most of the cultures of the Eastern hemisphere to converge. You'd have to ask God why He chose that specific place as a monument to Himself. Some think there's an inner earth magnetic vortex there.

One thing is certain, the age of conquest and empire-building on earth is over. There's no place left to run; so, you have to ask what's next.

With respect to the advance of civilization, I agree that the region formally known as Persia is the first and last place where a people leave their old baggage behind. Outwardly - that is, to the world stage, they'd be the last stock of humanity to step up to the plate and bring itself into line with a modern, global civilization.

I think that's true, right now. It's not so much about religion as it is maturity.

chronology
chronology: Zan, both the Cities of Nineveh and Babylon are sacred places. I have no idea why. Perhaps because of all the intense history of those places. Today they are virtual waistland sites for the most part. But who knows what Temples lie beneath those Great Cities. Both are said to have many tunnels underground.

While there is no mention of Nineveh during the last seven years of mankinds history, Babylon is definitely refered to. And Babylon will be the Seat of the Ruler of the world, who some call 'Anti Christ' . Some claim his building are already being constructed right now courtesy of the United States. The Americans have placed massive communication Hubs in place at Babylon which the State Department and Pentagon have no use for, so why such huge Data Super Highways? The most secure fortress building on earth has been constructed by the U.S. near Babylon, what for? the Americans in Iraq will gone in a few years, so just who will be sitting in the Super Fortress? And why does this person need such huge Data highways. He could tap a few keys and get instant access to your town in Canada Zan. Listen to every phone call made in your town, use every 'Smart Lampost' to hear and see every move and hear every word made in your streets. In just a few years Zan, he will have the power to cancel your credit cards, end your tennancy, terminate your job, and ban you from all public transport and shops in your town. All at the flick of a switch. Don't think this possible? do some research Zan. Soon everything on the Web will be connected to everything else, even your coffee maker.

You could become a none person forced to live on the street eating garbage to survive. Babylon would rule the world with a fist of carbon steel.
