Can Mandela Effect be Religious or related to religious books like a bible?

AretoNyx: Some claim all sorts of things are true because Koran , Bibles, and other holy books. Then as well besides interpretations and sects feel things are a conspiracy for one belief or another. Though any one can fall for Mandela Effect or be forgetful why would anyone think some odd conspiracy about such?
