Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Gen 22: 18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

A. The Jews first
Lu 24:47; And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Ac 13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles

B. TO GENTILES
Mr 13:10; And the gospel must first be published among all nations
Ga 2:2,And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain..... 9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision
