Most atheists dont know about science (Page 353)

TheloniousSphereMonk: It seems complex, the little changes added up over time, but on their own those little changes really aren't that hard to comprehend. Looking at the whole and judging it as something impossible is a mistake. Break it down and it makes sense.

XFixYourBrainX: Now they say the solar system formed in 200,000 years, that’s relatively short on a cosmic scale. Life could have originated from a supernova since carbon is one of the building blocks of life. Carbon comes from exploded stars.

I feel we will never know the answer of where life came from until we have space traveling vessels to take us throughout the Milky Way. Ships with sensors being able to detect new forms of undiscovered materials. Many technologies will have to be invented like, energy shields and armor to protect ships. New propulsion systems other than liquid or nuclear fuel.

Drones that can handle harsh and immense pressures of large and hostile worlds. Metals that are stronger and lighter, computers that are faster and more efficient.

With still many undiscovered advances in these and more areas I feel we are a long way off from discovering the meaning of life and where it came from.

Perhaps, we are lagging 150-1,000 years to answer these questions.

Darwin came up with a good idea, but his ideological foundations are unproven.

Blackshoes: Yes, Microevolution makes perfect sense. It's when Evolutionists assume that those little changes add up to big changes, without any genetic support or any science to verify their faith. they show it to be a fairytale and belief.
If they could show any real form of macroevolution, without using excuses as to why they cannot! I would love to accept the theory. Unfortunately, the genetic evidence doesn't follow suit, and it all dead ends at each kind'. Never leaving the limitation of its family. Wolves and dinosaurs have never flown nor will ever fly!

"I feel we will never know the answer of where life came from until we have space traveling vessels to take us throughout the Milky Way."

That's one opinion however, I feel that answers have already been given so long ago

It's just a matter of belief and time

XFixYourBrainX: Well if one is to believe in a resurrection and return of the kingdom of God. Time is relative term, so it could be 1 year or 100,000 years. Nobody knows the hour or the day. By then we will know all the answer of life and we will be a level 3 species by that time spread far from this system we call sol. On top of this we may have developed a technology that allows us to upload our Consciousness into a simulated computer framework that allows us all to be one with another as one voice and bound by no physical boundaries. But who knows which comes first.

ghostgeek: Do most wine drinkers know about science? Maybe they should:

For Treasury Wine Estates, the process of developing a mass-market wine starts in a kind of “sensory insights lab," Bosker found. There, focus groups of professional tasters blind-sample a variety of Treasury’s wine products. The best ones are then sampled by average consumers to help winemakers get a sense of which “sensory profiles” would do best in stores and restaurants, whether it be “purplish wines with blackberry aromas, or low-alcohol wines in a pink shade," she writes.

From these baseline preferences, the winemakers take on the role of the scientist, adding a dash of acidity or a hint of red to bring their wines in line with what consumers want. Winemakers can draw on a list of more than 60 government-approved additives that can be used to tweak everything from color to acidity to even thickness.

Then the wines can be mass-produced in huge steel vats, which hold hundreds of gallons and are often infused with oak chips to impart the flavor of real oaken barrels. Every step of this fermentation process is closely monitored, and can be altered by changing temperature or adding more nutrients for the yeast. Eventually, the wine is packaged on huge assembly lines, churning out thousands of bottles an hour that will make their way to your grocery store aisle and can sometimes sell for essentially the same price as bottled water.

Blackshoes: Evolution is implausible and is a pure fairy tale because there are only opinions and assumptions, of the evidence', that is used by both sides to support and verify their beliefs!

Macroevolution and Abiogenesis is not a true science!
It's a religion and religious belief!

Evolution has never been observed in neither present day or in the past!

"The scientific method is a series of steps followed by scientific investigators to answer specific questions about the natural world. It involves making observations, formulating a hypothesis, and conducting scientific experiments. Scientific inquiry starts with an observation followed by the formulation of a question about what has been observed. The steps of the scientific method are as follows:"

Observation-ToE outside of microevolution has never been observed
Question- all unanswered and more than can be written here.
Hypothesis = assumptions
Experiment- none that has ever supported its beliefs
Results - bias, and based on the belief that there can't be any other alternative other than naturalism.
Conclusion- depends on the honesty of the scientist?
