BlackHawkDownzzz: Made you look!

Anyways, I'm making this thread to inform you all of a petition I have ongoing which is for the sole purpose of stopping the renegade and abusive Wireclub moderators.
If you have the time, please take a look at it, and decide for yourself if you wish to sign it or not. In fact, I will create a second post here, which lists some examples, you may also be interested in that. Thanks for reading!

BlackHawkDownzzz: A user named Dillybear was banned for reasons that are yet unknown, and even whenever she tries to crate a new account to return, she is banned again. For more details, read the third post in this thread:

http://www.wireclub.com/Forums/ViewTopic.aspx?ForumId=1&ParentId=1044525&Page=1

Another user who had a Japaneses username was threatened to change it, even though no rules were being broken.

The user Stewart75 has long been harassing and trolling users in the forums here, yet he remains. He has never been banned, nor has anything been done about him. Favoritism amongst the mods? I think so.

Some more testimonials, such as a user in the chatroom being suspended because she joked that she was 8. (Which it was obvious from the way she spoke and conducted herself, her intelligence was higher than 8 years old) and yet another user who was told not to post again in the forums by a mod for reasons unknown. Many more users who have been banned are not told or informed of why they were banned; they are simply just banned again when they try to return, or their questions go unanswered.

These are just a few of the many examples the moderators of Wireclub.com have, and if this current administration continues, this website will turn into nothing more than an empty wasteland of rules and regulations. But no one will be left to follow them.

LiptonCambell: Tada!;

>>>Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

And;

>>>We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

This information is available to you, at all times, at the bottom of the screen marked "Terms and Privacy". If you don't like these terms, don't use the website.

As for the actual issues with the specific users; I don't know the details, but I'm certain they weren't simply banned because the moderating staff is bored. The people who sign this petition will not know the circumstances anymore than you or I, so the fact that the majority believes this or that means just about jack shit.

In short, this should be handled in private messages with a moderator or administrator.

LiptonCambell: Lol another user(presuming the same one under a different account) private msgd me about this, telling me that they "have a right to know WHY they were banned" and compared me to a dog because I accept that, under the rules that I agreed to follow, it clearly states that we have no rights.

Its private property people- at the end of the day, the mods, admins, techies, webmasters, or what have you, they don't have to justify shit. If you have an account, you must accept the fact that, one day, for potientially no reason, you may be deleted, blocked, banned, or penalized- because you couldn't create an account without checking that "I read and understand the terms of use" box otherwise

I hate idiots who think that, because they don't like the rules they agreed to, they should be able force others to change. Think of it like a guys living room. He wants you out- he doesn't have to justify himself to anyone. He doesn't have to make sure all the other guests in the house agrees- its his property, and if you don't like it, then make your own fwx$z%' website and run it as "freely" as you want.

LiptonCambell: I don't get it. If I get banned from a site, I move on. This guy comes back again and again? Why?

It reminds me of a job I had at a call centre where this old man would call at least once a week complaining about our services- at which point, we(well, the supervisors at least) had to remind him that, because of his harassment, we refused to do business with him.

And a week later, he'd call again.....
