If you are looking for some meaning in your life--go volunteer & do something good in the world for someone who needs help. That will give you purpose & help you to establish meaningful relationships.

DIAMONDfire: i was going to say the turning point. the light at the end of the tunnel a glimpse of it. its important i admit but is it the all that you need?

zeffur: 1. Define exactly what you want.
2. Define exactly what you must do to get what you want.
3. Do exactly what must be done to get what you want--until you attain it.
4. Enjoy what you attain.

It isn't any more complicated than that for a normal person. If you are abnormal, then you may need to do other things to accomodate your abnormalities before or along the way to attaining whatever you want...

KarenSky1998: I have been very stressed out since the virus, i have mental issues 'n considered suicide....i live alone, i have great friends but no family support 'n it's very hard I live in Burlington but from N.S. which is where my siblings r ...I feel sooo lousy a lot 'n getting worse...I'm high risk cause of health issues 'n worried about the vaccine...thx for reading....nightrider20182018@gmail.com....plz b a friend 'n contact me....Thank you

thinktank4: As far as the vaccine goes, my husband and I have been getting flu vaccines for years and I believe theyve kept us from getting those terrible coughs.

KarenSky1998: My Doc also tells me to get flu shot, my immune system is very low 'n have no balance, so everytime i fall i break a bone, ah such is life sucks Stay safe guys

thinktank4: KAREN SKY you say you have no family support. Are you estranged from your family in NS, or is it that you miss having them within visiting distance? I am thinking of Zoom if it is the latter.

KarenSky1998: I'm the black sheep 'n I have support from one sister but shunned from my other 3 siblings who all live down east. I can hide my feelings when I want ;n pretend I don't care but it does hurt..So I'm doing well today but it's hard to turn off ur brain or thoughts....take care 'n thank you

AretoNyx: I can understand the shunning a bit. I have to call and no one calls me. No real support from hubby to others I know personally. Though financially as well is a struggle that I may lose insurance in future and any therapy too. I hope you find support some where even if online that is safe and honest you are seeking.
