Anxiety AretoNyx: The anxiety I am diagnosed has made me so ill it makes it impossible to do activities at home among other things at times. I do not mean stress ...I mean anxiety. So I may not be even able to talk or type in text at times. I however will improve myself as best I can with mental health professionals. Hopefully I can stop being so sick and sick of being tired. AretoNyx: Feeling a bit restless today. Shakes this morning settled finally. Though I have so many busy days ahead I have to make time to practice calming things. Feeling sick and panic attacks from anxiety sucks for sure. DIAMONDfire: i used to have a mood diary where you would rate your mood each day. it was a while back but it made a difference but it was discontinued. but i would say write things down as they happen anything and read it every now and then. it might help. AretoNyx: I am doing a BOJO/ mood diary as well. I can tell you most faces I draw for this besides the words of moods seem not extremely happy. I barely put happy faces. The anxiety makes me feel physically ill often. Thanks for advice on that as it does help get some things out. Same with art journal if I can get motivated. The way anxiety also weighs to cause depression some times is tough too. I will keep at these journals/ diaries.
