It also helps to post a link to the room, and a link to the photo you want added to the room. That makes it a simple matter for them to upload it.

I am a moderator in the room and the owner of the room has given me permission to ask to have the picture posted to our room...She unfortunately can not locate the pic and I have it saved in my profile pics
