Many spam, offend or harass over and over because they know they can't get a punishment then only a flag and that is wrong

This current mod team has more time with open PM time then past teams. Being a Mod is not as easy as users think. And, being a host or a mod makes us more a target of bullying. When someone one is sexually harassing you, report the line then find a mod. Be sure to block the person. This is one reason the block is the best option. There are many times when there is no mod or admin around to deal with chat reports. So hard isn't it, watch how they behave, warn them after you did mute and if it still goes on kicking them out. There is no way to see if a mod is active. Just report everytime and block. Keep doing that and the safety systems will start to kick in which includes any reviews the Admin does. And, keep your eye out for a Mod to come on. The shorter the time from the reported line to when you find a mid the better. Sometimes a reported didn't seem bad until someone explains the context.
