blocked id's

TuLiPz P: my question is, i have blocked certain people, how come i can still see their new comments on my friends walls?? i thought block is block never to be seen anywhere?

Robot Seb: Block only applies to chat and to your profile which they cannot access. On friends walls you'd still see their replies and posts.

TuLiPz P: nothing to be done about it by changing something in deeper down wire programming?

Robot Seb: It's a bit complex. Posts would have to be individualized as our system doesn't know the difference between your posts or your friends posts or those you've blocked posts, all it knows is it's a post. It's the same reason why we can't have options to prevent unwanted feed items such as picture updates and badges. If one is blocked, it's the same as blocking them all including your own.

aquablu: i was wandering if i can fix it to where a certain person on my friends list could not see when im online i dont want to block them and i want my other friends to see me online. thanks
