Credits... Jilly B: Why do we have to pay real money to give away our accumulated game credits or if we want to gift someone credits sot they can change their name? Wouldn't it be a good idea to upgrade that, so that we can just send them to a friend, that plays the game or needs credits? I, for one don't have a credit card and am not going to get one so I can pay to give away something for free. Jilly B: It just makes more sense to be able to give them away to friends with no obligation to have to be a gold member. Really could use some updates here...I've been a member here for a long time and nothings changed … we even have to ask someone to change a room pic for us we cant do it on our own .  Angry Beaver: Yeah I was a bit peeved at that myself, had heaps of poker chips and games creds last time b4 I deleted but had to buy gold to get rid of em, so they just died with my old acct...that's how they make the $ i suppose Jilly B: I play 2 of the games but the other ones the chips just pile up, I don't like bingo or keno so its a waste to give me the chips for them.  Corwin: The site owners have to make money here somehow. They don't subject you to advertising, and they don't sell your personal information to third-parties (like Facebook does ). The credits sales and Gold Memberships are the only income this site has, and it's barely enough to keep the servers up and running. @Jilly -- If you have no credit card, then I can assume that you've never made a purchase here on Wire. So, all your gaming has been with free handouts, and you've been using this service for free. You've got nothing to complain about. Note: If you know somebody who would like a name-change, send them to one of Wire's friendly and helpful Moderators. We are always happy to provide the necessary credits for a name-change, free of charge. Have a nice day.
