Needing Help

The_7rh_ArchAngel: I changed my username over a year ago. And, my password. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password. When I attempt to change the password, my old username keeps coming up. I need to know how to get to my current username to reset my password. I have tried several times but with absolutely no success.
I realize this may seem like a strange predicament, but, not unusual for me. Age does have its disadvantage. I have tried typing in my current username to reset password, but i keep getting an error message. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. And, HELP!!

JUSTIN_7: can you not request a email to change password?

JUSTIN_7: go to settings

JUSTIN_7: scroll down to password click and change it will log you out then log back in under new password

The_7rh_ArchAngel: I tried that, but, when I tried to change my password under my correct account, it wouldn't accept it. I tried several times until I got an error message.

JUSTIN_7: wire is full of glitches im having one with this account too for the past 6weeks I try to join a games room and it says'' you can not join this room at this current time" so it looks like im going to lose a shit load of tickets ,free spins, bingo cards, tokens, chips and credits and admin nor mods care a stuff

The_7rh_ArchAngel: Yes. Did that several times. When I clicked on the link, this present username would always come up, and not the current username I had. When I typed in the correct username, and tried to reset my password, I would get "'Password and/or username incorrect.' Mind boggling.

The_7rh_ArchAngel: I've tried to contact Admins about it, but have not as of yet gotten a response. I had a friend attempt to contact them as well. No response.

JUSTIN_7: if you wait till all hell freezes over then wait another 20years then you will still be waiting they do not CARE they add these mods and the male ones use it to crack onto women like some kind of power trip

JUSTIN_7: I guess the mods are just puppets with their names in purple to look even more stupid than what they are

The_7rh_ArchAngel: Hey Goldy. This has been challenging to say the least. After repeated attempts to contact Admins, still no response. Goldy, did you try to reset your password too?

IM GOLDY: Hey 7th many times to the point i gave up.I lost all me credits as well but you are back now.So thats a good thing.
