introspec: Speaking generally, how many think that women's administrative ambitions are limited by a 'glass ceiling?'
Opinions requested, and specific reasons,if possible
A: Should female workers have set quota to be middle managers, or higher? As 50%?
B: Should overall ability and performance be guideline?
C: With failure, as in HP's female CEO, should this be hushed up?
D: Since fed govt has jackasses, both male and female, are female screwups being given more latitude?
E: Is it fair for west European males to be bottom of totem pole for promotion?
