Why do I need a drivers license to become a Passenger Service Agent? What do I drive standing behind the counter?

meloyj: Its not making any sense to me. If I'm going to be selling tickets and making flight announcements inside the airport terminal, what the hell am I going to be driving? I'm taking a training course for this position, in which I have over 20 years of excellent customer service experience, but suddenly I'm not qualified because I don't have a freakin' drivers license?
