Ultraviolet Tattoo's

I was talking to someone the other day and they mentioned they had a UV/blacklight tattoo. I was actually intrigued because I'd never heard of them before and was curious about them.
Does anyone know much about them?

"Complete" bastard, or just on my way?

Yesterday I not only made clear, I compounded the point regarding my complete and total disregard for a person in obvious need of help.
I'd utilise some sort of pathetic defense about 'not having the capacity at this time' or some such shit to defend my actions, but it wouldn't be accurate let alone right.

I do the best I can with people, and my 'best' is what I have available at the time. I vaguely remember a comment about how "Sometimes your best, just isn't good enough".

In a 'perfect' world, they'd get the help they need. I just wish they wouldn't ask me.
