Yanks "lost" a bug?

It was on the early morning news today that a level 4 medical facility in Texas America has 'lost' a vial containing a bug. It's been reported that it was "probably" during cleaning.
...Um.....wow....etc.
The specific lost bug hasn't been identified any further than that it causes haemorrhagic fever. That means you bleed. A LOT. And out of EVERY hole your body has and internally as well.

A 'misplaced' vial is one thing, you find those. This one is gone. From a 'secure' area.
