marl0we: much happier with my second go at cha lua. still not perfect - doubt it ever will be but im happy with the improvements 3 years ago • Report 0 marl0we: aastral, its the vietnamese version of pork roll/devon/polony that sort of thing RRB, one of them i got sealed properly and it came out right, the other one ... well my wrapping wasnt good enough /sigh . 50% fail instead of 100% is still an improvement lol ive really got to work out a way of guaranteeing a seal lol. mebbe one of those aldi vacuum sealing machines...? or alternatively probably need industrial size wrap instead of the normal kitchen size.
