AutumnButterfly: Hi my dear friends! I am sorry if I have missed.bdays n other milestones or illnesses any of you have had. Wishing you all the best n healing prayers for whatever you maybe going through. As you know thanks to my bestie, mischief, that I have been fighting my own illness. For those of you who may think covid is a joke, that masks don't help.....I am here to tell you covid is real. I almost died from it!! I am home after 18 days in the hospital. After the intubation was taken out I surprised everyone... Drs., Nurses n other healthcare workers who saw me at my worse n went home that night n prayed for me, the next time they saw me sitting up n talking told me they didn't think I was going to make it. Even if you don't care about your own well being please care about your family members n others. Wear the damned mask. I have no idea where I got it from. My hubby, son n son's gf all got it mildly, my daughter never got it. All of us live together. I am building my strength back up n walking with a walker. My voice is raspy. My taste n smell are coming back. I am taking it easy. Hubby n daughter are taking care of me. Thank you to everyone who sent prayers, good vibes, etc. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It all worked!! I am here. God couldn't handle me yet so he gave me more time. I am so thankful. I love Yas! Huge hugs

kaptivating: Autumn, it is so good to read a post from you and to know that you are alive and recovering. You are one of the kindest, sweetest people on this site, and many have been worried about you, for you! There has not been one day that has passed since learning of your diagnoses, that I have not thought about and prayed for you and your family. I will continue to pray for your full recovery. Rest up and relax! You have been missed girl! Hey, and if there is anything that you need or I can do to help you and your family out, call on me, I will be there!
