unzippedd: I hear you! The real trick to losing weight, besides NOT EATING SUGAR, which you already have down, is to just EAT LESS and be MORE ACTIVE.
Every little bit helps.
If you walk somewhere instead of driving there, do that.
If you have to drive, park in the farthest part of the parking lot, so NOW you have to walk a bit to get to the store.
If you can take the stairs INSTEAD of the elevator, do that.
Every little bit really does help!
TastyLittleNymph: We have a Wii, and Xbox...The local library has Wii , Xbox, and PS3 game rentals....they have fitness workouts for the wii, and even some dance ones. They also have regular workout video's you can check out ( watch out for some of those ab ones....I did one, thought ...Oh this is not bad....so i did it again. Next day...My stomach hated me ) Utilize your local local library...they usually have all kinds of video's you can check out...so it wil keep the routine different and not mundane.
