Friends | I am Groot ChefAbbath: Hail! 7 days ago • Report • Link 0 ChefAbbath: Wanted to share two pieces of advice I've learned over the years: 1. If you don't heal from what hurt you, you'll bleed on those who didn't cut you. 2. The grass may appear green on the other side, but you don't see all the manure below the surface. ChefAbbath: Do not support Hamas and Palestine if you support: LGBTQ Women's Reproduction Rights aka Abortion Women's rights in general. ChefAbbath: I honestly believe Palestine/Hamas are acting in extremely bad faith. When I asked people what land the Israelis should have, all the Palestinian supporters said "none". ChefAbbath: I'm getting such a kick out of seeing Taylor Swift fans learning about the NFL and creating guides for other Swifties. ChefAbbath: I will die on the hill that getting your baby's ear pierced is inhumane and should be made illegal. They cannot consent to the procedure and they're taking the rights to make the decision away from the child. View all 4 posts ChefAbbath in reply to Stuff My Stocking: Circumcision is more humane since the child is put under general anesthesia and cannot feel the pain when it's happening. I believe that quite a few medical boards view it as an ethical humane procedure, but fully leave the decision up to the parents. Stuff My Stocking: They use local anesthesia and don't usually put babies under general anesthesia until the age of 18 months unless its an extenuating circumstance. After that wears off its more painful than a piercing for a few days. Shelbs in reply to ChefAbbath: I will openly and confidently say the child is not put under any anesthetic. When my son was circumcised, he got a few needles for freezing in his peepee. The entire produedure took under 1 minute. They have a new way to do it and it doesn't involve incisions or stitches anymore. My son didn't even cry, he felt nothing and his recovery was less than 1 week. ChefAbbath: Biden, Red Cross and FEMA are completely fucking over Hawaii. Multiple native Hawaiians are confirming. jadee: The people during Katrina also got fucked over, pretty much happens with every national disaster. Seems to be the normal anymore. No matter what party holds office. ChefAbbath: My two rules as an ex-professional chef: 1. Don't eat anything you're allergic to. 2. Don't eat anything you don't enjoy. Other than that, enjoy all the foods in moderation. Don't let anyone tell you that you should feel bad for eating a particular food. Sick of all the elitism on the internet when it comes to food, specifically dieting. ChefAbbath: Based on observations these last 5 years, technology has ruined romance. Lucky to have found my person, but still...it's a jungle out there. ChefAbbath: In wake of the release of The Sound of Freedom, I'd like to urge my fellow Americans to pay attention to the Politicians who are rolling their eyes and saying Human Trafficking isn't as big of a deal as some claim. Pay attention to those who are silent as well. Pay attention to the ones who are mocking the film claiming that it's some big Q-Anon conspiracy. Then vote them the hell out of Dodge. ChefAbbath in reply to jadee: For the most part, Politicians have currently been silent on the whole issue. However, when Trump gave a speech when he was President urging Republicans and Democrats to work together to rid the world of Trafficking, you could see Kamala Harris rolling her eyes and others not reacting at all. Rolling Stone Magazine, The Guardian, and Washington Post have called the film, which retells a true story, a conspiracy theory and says the whole vile industry is made up. jadee: Oh, I can't comment on that, because I don't know what goes on behind closed doors. Things may look a certain way, yet they are not. They could be working on something. I can't judge that. I don't know. As for judging Trump...well....I could judge him by all his lies, but I won't. I don't have the time. And Q-Anon, well that just makes me laugh, sorry, but true. ChefAbbath: Angel Studios, the studio behind the wildly popular show The Chosen has put out a full feature film called The Sound of Freedom. This movie, based on a true story, starring Jim Caviezel is about a Federal Agent who freed a boy from sex trafficking and goes back to rescue the boy's sister. This movie isn't receiving a whole lot of media coverage and there are reports of things happening at theaters to either make the viewing experience uncomfortable or make it so that people can't see the movie. Meanwhile, the media is making sure that you know about LGBTQ rights and stories surrounding the community are being force fed to you. The media wants you to be angry and feel sorry that kids are being told by the right side of the aisle that they cannot take drugs or undergo permanent procedures because they are confused about their gender. They want you to accept and condone drag queens dancing and gyrating on or around kids in provocative clothes. They want you to focus on that issue instead of the sickening issue of kids being sold into slavery. Tell me why the Left is hell bent on forcing kids to undergo permanent changes to their body and teaching them about sex instead of outing traffickers and putting an end to the evil practice and industry? ChefAbbath: A $5 iced latte a day is $35 a week, $150 a month, $1825 a year. After 10 years.. that’s $18,250! Which is still not enough to put a deposit on a house so enjoy your Starbuck's in peace x ChefAbbath: Debris from the submarine Titan found. Explorers assumed dead as it is likely the submarine imploded due to high pressure. RIP to the members of the team. It's a tragedy what happened. However, there were numerous red flags that lead me to believe the trek was disastrous from the onset. 1. The CEO cut corners everywhere he could. 2. Instead of hiring the best people for the job, the CEO hired people based on diversity and didn't want older(50 plus year old) people on the job. 3. In my research of the submarine, I cannot find any proof that a tracking device was on the vessel. If no tracking device was added, why did they feel the need to omit one? 4. The bit of research I did uncovered one huge red flag: nobody has actually been down that far to touch and see the wreckage of the Titanic. From what I can tell, though...the passengers of Titan may not have suffered long. It is likely that the vessel imploded rapidly once the pressure overcame it. RIP to the passengers of Titan. ChefAbbath: I will never understand the people who get off on being degraded, blackmailed, abused, etc. Like why would that feel good and excite you to be treated less than human? oxCheerleaderxo: perhaps they craved the attention from their parents, even if it's by "bad behavior" from them. I could write a complete thesis on it if I was in the mood ChefAbbath in reply to Stuff My Stocking: I guess you did. I saw it on Instagram but was having some strange deja vu like I'd seen it before. |
