Not sure if you are aware of what happened to me almost a month ago. I stupidly let Gigi1111 tell me about her having %75 off on credits for sale. So, I logged in as her purchased credits, sent the bulk of them to myself, and left 2600 for Gigi as a thank you. I didn't save the card, and didn't think it would be available to her. Well, it was and she on 8/7/2019 ran up 7 $50 2 $20 1 $5 and 1 $3.75 at which time my bank account was empty, and rejected more attempts. I spoke to the bank, and knew there was something wrong on 8/9/2019 .. while i was still in the bank, she ran another 4 $50 transactions. The card was destroyed and I spoke to Wire about the transactions. I heard back from Ron a couple of days later, and he told me it was Gigi1111 and she had deleted her account. And they would refund my money. Which they did. But then on 8/19/2019 they reposted the 4 $50 transactions again. After refunded them. I've tried many times to find out what is going on, but haven't heard from anyone. If you could find out something I would greatly appreciate it. The bank will not refund the money until they investigate.
Plus FYI She is back. username Danali1808 I was told by the admin in bingo that wire was aware. I don't get it. Why she is just let back in when they are certain she has stolen from others.
Anyway; if you could help me with the first part of this request, it would make my life a little bit easier. Thanks

It kept saying no one by that name is registered on WireClub I finally tried changing my password but when I would try BrightShineyRise it wouldn't acknowledge me so I then tried my email finally after trying for an hour and that got me logged in, Have things changed were I can only log in with email or is it just a temp. problem? Amber_777: Please fix,my account my old cc is stored and since over a,week ago I been trying to change it the system allows only purchaseS of 5$ I need to purchase much bigger then that and so upset I even bought for 5$ to see if it fixes itself after that it didn't and hope you can fix this issue
