I used to work at the BEST place ever to have a job, well at least I felt that way about it, and now I can't wait to pay off my mortgage (I still owe about 25K) and then I can quit. The "best" place became the absolute WORST place when a new H.R. guy took over, he is the most hated person I have encountered in at least 20 years. I am just amazed at how much of a dramatic change has occurred, people used to regularly arrive early and eager to work, now everyone hates their jobs and want desperately to find other jobs but can't (our county is one of the most economically depressed areas in the U.S.) HOW can we get this H.R. creep fired? 6 years ago • Reply • Report • Link Collapse Show Comments (1) 1  h53deb: I have heard about this type of situation from others. You need to research this. Also, who is over the HR person? You need to document everything unfair that is going on by this person. Date, time and a description of what occurred. Also you need backup from the others you say are unhappy. Believe me when I say that most wont want to make a complaint. Some will moan but are afraid to do anything about it.
