I have a RN in the family so I've heard the stories good and bad. It is not an easy job. I've had my share of health problems and 40 years of chronic pain , 90 % of the time it was a nurse , who showed me honest compassion , and acted as an advocate for my comfort . Unlike most doctors . Thank you for all the missed holidays and family celebrations over the years.
