When does common decency kick in

For the last several years i have done my best to maintain a decent chat enviroment for chatters but seems wire has so many many hateful , jealous and mean chatters that they seem to think the internet allows them to do whatever they feel like it , at the cost of other chatters , did ppl on wire somehow forget the person on the other side of the screen has feelings ?
This is one thing i cannott tolerate in my rooms i try to show respect to one and all yet others come in my rooms wont talk but there to gratify them selves like a common pedafile and the age thing god come on ppl no one that is 112 is going to be on the interent , be real , be honest with yourself before anyone else post your age , age has nothing to do with chat UNLESS your hiding something ,anyhow due to jealousy of a few room owners on wire that lie to you , recruit from my room , become mods only to use me as a stepping stone , its cool GOD and I both love you and just think , this could happen to you and it will as long as the internet is available and trust me someone as some of you have done to me your room will become a casualty of wire , ,then and only then will you realize you have lost a friend or two , and its not a good feeling
