I trained in jiu jitsu. I do a little DIY.
I've returned to more regular meditative practice.Something that was part of my much younger self but have rediscovered anew.
irishacrobat: Back doing a little meditative mind work. Forgot how powerful if it is. Like anything it take a few goes to get a handle on it. Use to big part of my life decades ago. Short 5 minute sessions will bring results and also allow a good foundation for longer sessions in groups. The longer sessions are akin to a good workout at the gym.
