Im not hella thin, but I m 15% body fat and I want leaner arms, back, legs, chest... Ill be your richard simons bald version lol blazed4201: well the gym im at N-Shape there a rocking climbing wall, pool, kid zumba, video games, and play ground for the kids. But I can tell you on thing I m just using a stability ball and you can do so much with it and there cheap at wal mart and it comes with a video too. blazed4201: I made my son a root beer float I did see your im's until you logged off hope you had a great day blazed4201: I get fit for myself Im at that point my life where you get older and not feel the way you use to be...so the trainer told me I ll probably get the most fit than I ever was, but it is not for any chick. I do everything for my kids to live to see them grow and have kids Ignore what u read on my pages lol
blazed4201: Sweet I m past due Im wanting to go to the beach, my favorite spot is up in Newport at Balboa Beach smooth quite and family oriented beach during the day. The downtown has some nice restaurants thinkin bout the food and drink yum lol I have vacation coming in July woot woot.. anyways I m off next days I just got home from the gym I had a orientation with a personal trainer had me do this workout with a stability ball...for a fricken ball that think shredds your muscles and works your core ab area same time.
