iwooltheworld: Inflation is wicked. Money is tighter. Sometimes I think I should seek additional employment to make ends meet.

But then I realise that that would mean less sun. Less hiking. Less time spent just being with myself.

And that is more valuable to me.

So I’d rather cut back on things I truly don’t need than to overwhelm and lose my sense of self.

Current American culture encourages people to be workhorses, exhausting their bodies and minds. I don’t want to be part of that.

I want to remain VIBRANT, with good balance between work and relaxation.
