Karen33405: I've taken the prescription pill, Ambien, the last two nights. It works but I don't want to turn myself on and off with medication. I'm leery of sleeping pills. I'm afraid I'll fall asleep and never wake up. A dirt nap.
attydallas3: Take a couple of Melatonin tablets and I guarantee you will sleep at least a few hours, Carin****. However, be prepared for a strange dream or two that may seem to last a LONG time .. It usually gives me a bizarre one .. &:-) Paul
BIGFOOTT: in my experience its best to face ya demons and rectify whats going on in ya life once you reason with ya mind as to any trauma or bad things that have happened and fight it head on then you can start to see a balance and you will sleep better pills only mask it the real benefit is dealing with watever youve been through pills dont do jack shit they only mask the pain

PumpkinMoondust: I typically walk 12 miles on Saturday and 12 miles on Sunday....I always have sleep issues, I always will, but they're not quite as bad on Saturday and Sunday nights.
