South African Electronica!

Yes, be as shocked as I am. I love this group. Some great jazzy-electronica style they have going here. I had no idea these guys were from South Africa though. Have a listen and tell me what you think.

Italian Disco!

Written in 1972, this Italian composer wrote comedy-styled music poking fun of the English language. He simply said that this song is how the English language sounds to foreigners. So you will see that it doesn't make any sense haha.

Introducing: The Hang Drum

Check this out! Invented in 2000 in Switzerland. Pronounced 'hung' Drum, spelt 'hang' though. I'll be making a remix of this in my free time tomorrow.

Proud To BE Canadian! *Olympic Finale*

I have never been more proud in my life to be Canadian. Watching these past Olympic Winter Games in my home country was the greatest experience of a lifetime. If only I could have seen it first hand, but when our athletes won gold - the WHOLE country felt that!

Gold 14 / Silver 7 / Bronze 5 = 26 Overall

The hockey win last night meant a lot to us. Not only was it a GOLD in our national sport, it was a MILESTONE in Canadian Olympic History. Along with that win came 2 World Records - one for the Most Gold a host country has ever won, and one for the Most Gold ever to be won at an Olympic Winter Games. Not to mention, it was a personal best for Canada.

I am proud of our athletes, I am proud of the world, I am proud to be CANADIAN!

Congratulations to all our athletes! GO GO! GO GO!
