Safe bet, get the newborn's blood screened (blood tested) before you give them vaccines...and watch the doctors fight you on it, don't take no for an answer. Just say there's a history of autism in the family and then watch them run to get the bloodwork done. After the blood is screened and they give you the info, wait until the last possible moment to get the baby vaccinated. Watch the newborn closely and carefully and document how active / aware the baby is, BEFORE you give them the vaccine. Then see if there's a change in the baby's behaviour weeks after the vaccine. If you see a change, then it was the vaccine. Society needs to track this and then we'll have empirical evidence about vaccines and it's affect on newborns. The doctors won't say anything about this or else there will be a panic and no one will want the vaccine, thus creating a massive health crisis for everyone. It's a double edged sword. I think the drug companies are literally getting away with murder. Here in Colorado a mother's son was died in a reaction to a vaccine. So she wanted to refuse any vaccine for her daughter. The governor I'm pretty sure made it legal for here to do it. Now the central gov't is considering making it illegal not to get a vaccination.
