When coming to any chat site, one has to wonder: "Why am I here? What brought me here?" Maybe you’re starving for scintillating conversation because the past few hours scrolling through Instagram and Tinder have been tedious and unfulfilling.

Why am I here? To connect, reach out, and communicate. I am not "above it all," nor am I arrogant. I am one of the kindest, most loyal people you will ever meet. I look for enticing, thought-provoking conversation - stimulating endeavors that capture the mind and imagination in which one can unlock the keys to the Universe. Language is so beautiful, in many forms, yet society dumbs it down with "ASL" and "hi hw r u," it’s a total shame.

As I approach 40, I appreciate the finer things in life. I work full-time in the payroll department at a huge transportation company on Long Island, and it keeps me more than busy – I didn’t think people still used old timecards and did manual payroll, but I guess it helps keep my mind sharp, not to mention I’m in charge of all the Unemployment and Employment Verification paperwork – GOD! Can you say boring? That’s why on the side, I am in school for Business Management and Accounting and taking a course to launch my copywriting career. Writing is my passion, and I have enjoyed writing poems, stories and blogs for years now, and I would love to make my life-long dream a reality someday. Wish me luck!
