Hormone replacement therapy, electrolysis,breast augmentation, legal name and gender change with a medical physicians letter of consent. Please do not minimize this by thinking that by wearing a wig and pantyhose, this makes you a female or a Transgender Female. Transition far exceeds creating a acct in a chat room with a female name and taking pics of your self dressed up in garter belts. wigs, high heels and taking pics of your feet. If you are a man who enjoy's fetisizing women's garments and trying to inter-act and have conversations with people in chat rooms as a woman that is your thing. I am all for costume play and role play, but please do not confuse being a man who enjoys dressing in women's clothing with being a Transgender female.
