nonspeakingnotsilent: Online I come off as intelligent alert, aware and pretty able, in person i come off is moderately to severely impaired, I have many challenges and need help with everyday things and my mannerisms are often seen as childlike, and it would not be hard for most to assume I am not aware or there mentally, this is part of the brain body disconnect this is part of being Autistic is for me
