As of this Morning,,
I woke with some serious annoying lower back pain,,
Visa vie Irritable Large intestine feeling,,
In addition to my Chronic leg condition,,

The good news is,,
I may have found a solution,,
I currently do not know how permanent of a solution,,
Yet a solution still,,
Just not a solution to my leg condition,,
Sadly,,

The Solution,,

I have what some might call a window bar,,
A some what of 2 1/2 foot bar that people put in a window,,
To stop people from opening it from the outside,,
It is about a 1 1/2 inch in diameter,,

This is the tool i used to deliver the pressure on the correct vertebrae,,
Mind you the pressure is to flatten,,
Also stretch the nerve,,
Inside the spine,,
To add more flow of energy,,
Visa vie Blood,,
Adding more room in the nerve freeway,,
Reducing the bottleneck of energy,,
Hence reducing pain at that particular bottleneck,,

The Method,,

Laying on my back,,
Slightly reclined,,
I place a pillow between myself,,
Also between the bar on top of my mattress,,

Aligning the bar from left to right,,
Now,,
There are four vertebrae in focus in this situation,,
The main one is right above the buttock,,
Where both part of the buttock meet,,
The vertebrae above,,
Also the two below the main vertebrae described,,

Personally I started with the two below,,
Yet after Exploratory experimentation,,
I had come to the conclusion,,
The main vertebrae had the most relief in concerns,,
To my symptom s regarding the irritation,,
Visa vie Lower back pain,,

How I applied the pressure,,
Was from two different application s,,
With the same bar,,

The first Application

While making two fist s under both end s of the bar,,
Resting the main vertebrae of focus,,
Upon the bar,,
My lower half is now hoisted above my mattress,,
It s weight resting on the main vertebrae,,

Now when the fist s start to hurt to much,,
You may face your palm s upward s,,
Still under the bar of course,,

Part two of the first application,,
Is while still in this position,,
Adding pressure to the vertebrae,,
Slowly (As if doing a curl with a curl bar in the gym,,)
Add pressure,,
Hold for a 140 count,,
Or,,
90 one thousand s,,


The second application,,

Has no time limit,,
Though I did this for roughly 5 minute s,,
Or,,
Right before my hand became numb,,

While still in the position,,
My right leg bent,,
Spotting the pressure at hand,,
By my right big toe against the mattress,,

Started with slow pelvic thrust s,,
Again,,
To flatten visa vie stretch the nerve a bit,,

What I have discovered,,

This particular vertebrae,,
Is the point when I had my leg injury,,
Brought back pain from a lower back injury I had in the past,,
Thus adding to the Chronic pain s,,
My left leg was giving me,,
From my Work injury,,

Currently 3 hour s since this discovery,,
My Chronic pain s still here,,
Still the same with that,,
My lower back problem resolved for the time being,,
Spasm s in my leg s occur at random,,
Pain s have moved in my body,,
From my lower back,,
Only to dissipate,,

Again,,
I will take what ever little progress these experiment s bring,,

I think that is enough for one day,,

4 Day s ago I started 2 new exercise s,,
I have not wrote about them,,
In-case my thought s of it,,
Being a mean s of progress were wrong,,

Not saying that it may be a bit premature,,
To make such a per-assumption,,
Let s just move along,,
Shall we?,,

I have done these exercise s,,
In the hope s that muscle spasm s,,
That usually occur after ward s would not be as usual,,
Which add s to more pain,,
Also was frequent,,
Plus lasted for 4 day s,,

In this case,,
However,,
The spasm s were little,,
; Although the pain for the exercise s,,
Were still tremendous in addition,,
To my constant idle pain s,,

The major plus point that I wanted in this conclusion,,
Was this,,
Even as my idle pain as same as before,,
My ability to add a tiny bit more pressure,,
Before spasm s occur,,
Made me concur,,
That a threshold can be quite possibly in our horizon s,,
Which mean s,,
Eventually I might be able to get to a point,,
Where I can add enough pressure to flatten the nerve,,
To the point to stretch it,,
Which would be a great goal to eventually achieve,,
For many various reason s,,

It has been roughly 5 day s now,,
Thus I have done these two exercise s,,
Once on day one,,
Again on day 5,,
Which is today,,

The exercise s are these:,,
First I line the outside of my injured foot,,
With non injured foot,,
The more surface covered,,
Mean s less added non necessary pain for the next day s after,,
Also to stabilize the control of added,,
Visa vie decreased pressure on my knee,,
To the very minuet increment s,,
Also the hand on the inside of the knee,,

When doing this,,
Begin with tiny pressure s,,
Where every part of the situation is handle able,,
Pain,,

Discomfort s,,

I waited for 4 day s,,
For I felt I should try again,,

I would have waited longer,,
If I felt I was not ready to try again,,

I am all ready feeling sharp pain s moving to other part s of my body,,
