I prefer to make my own food than to eat out. My diet is flavanoid-rich and I genuinely enjoy cooking - it's such a meditative process! Fresh ingredients and fresh produce make all the difference. I'm of Mediterranean heritage and I grew up with a Mediterranean diet. I seldom leave the house without an ironed shirt. Oh! And I can replace sink fixtures and that sort of thing. I'm sure I'll make an awesome trophy husband someday

I used to work as a biochemist but now I work as a military officer. I have many interests, hobbies and projects which keep me occupied. In my free time I like to stay active. This includes: hiking, swimming, running, circuit training etc...
