WEDNESDAY

We are going to try a bible study one more time. We will start tomorrow night from 6:30 to 7;00 (pacific time) and we will start with only one verse. I'm hoping we can build to discuss more. Tomorrow nights verse is... Matthew 6:15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. God bless you, and I hope you can join us!

GOD SAID AGAIN DON'T WORRY, AND HE MEANS IT!

LUKE 12

6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God.

22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.

23 Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.

24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds!

25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life ?

GOOD AFTERNOON! I know the above scriptures are a lot to digest. But, take the time to let them sink in. As I read these scriptures such a peace settles over me. Yes, many things are going on right now that we just don't understand. Take comfort in the fact that you are not supposed to understand. God is in control, HE UNDERSTANDS, He knows what He is doing, trust Him. Listen to me, it is going to get better, God is going to show you something new in His love and His amazing power. So today, giggle, have joy, do what you can, do what you feel God is leading you to do, and whatever you do DON'T WORRY! Keep your eyes on GOD.

GOD BLESS YOU,
Lisa
MIRACLES ARE EXPECTED BLESSINGS FROM GOD!

GOD cares about you! YES YOU!!!!

1 PETER 5:7
Give ALL your worries and and cares to God, for he cares about you.

GOOD MORNING,
How can something so simple be so hard! Everyone one of us has concerns that grow into worries, and finally grow into debilitating fear. Now, we will give them to God and feel so good, until that thought of "what if" comes into our head. What if we didn't ask God correctly, what if God didn't hear us, what if God says NO! Yeah, that what if list can be quite hard to overcome. We believe God heard us, our heart tells us so, but oh those thoughts of FEAR! Ok, here is what I've learned.. it's a simple sentence that will put your mind and focus back on the one one who has all the power, and who loves you. Are you ready? Ok... what if thought comes in, mind answers GOD'S GOT THAT!.. We believed with our whole hearts when we gave our worry to God, now we just have to remind ourselves that GOD'S GOT THAT!

Don't let the scary thoughts win, the minute you hear or feel a "what if"
thoughts begin, stop it in its tracks with GOD'S GOT THAT! Don't be discouraged if you have to do it over and over, but I promise you.... GOD'S GOT IT!

GOD BLESS YOU MIGHTILY TODAY,
Lisa

ANGER HOLDS YOU BACK

JAMES 1:19-20

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; 20 for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

GOOD MORNING!
How often do we get of track so to speak because of anger? How many times have you started doing something that you just know is God leading you, and then something so small causes you to be angry and you find yourself out of Gods will? I know in my own life more painful times then I care to remember. We all have our weak spots, and trust me the enemy is more aware of them then we are. This is why he uses them. But, anger is one of the easiest. We can so quickly become offended, or feel judged that we stop looking to serve God and look to vindicate ourselves. What started out as a mission to be a blessing, or to help someone becomes a battle!

We have to be on guard against negative, defeating, thoughts that keep us from seeing Gods best in each day. I've noticed often times anger leads to fear, which leads to feeling unworthy, which leads to hiding from everything and just wallowing in misery instead of trusting God.

My point in all of this is... anger is a waste of time, God's will is going to be done anyway, so instead of getting angry we need to start right away saying.. THANK YOU GOD, FOR WHAT YOUR DOING IN THIS SITUATION, LEAD ME ON! We can live a life of freedom and JOY... we just have to decide we want that joy and no anger is going to steal it!

GOD BLESS YOU,
Lisa

P.S. For many years I sent out a daily encouraging email on aol. With all the changes I was not able to do that anymore, and I felt like not only was I missing something but that I wasn't truly serving God fully on line. So, I decided I will post a blog everyday, just like the daily email only well different. Not only will those who I use to select to send it to see it, but this way many more can enjoy seeing God's word, and my humble thoughts. I hope you enjoy it.
