Shadowslacker: I'm structural purist, ingredient neutral. I have ingredient rebel tendencies *but* only as regards the filling. Ice cream between 2 slices of bread is a sandwich; ice cream between 2 waffles - while no doubt tasting better - is *not* a sandwich, and thrice damned be the one who says otherwise.
