Just thinking

Coming back from where you started is not the same as never leaving..

I read that this morning and had to smile, I'm not back from where I started but if I was, what would that mean?

I left England for the first time when I was 17 1/2 yrs old, if I was to return to live in England now I'd be many, many years older and wiser. I'd tell that seventeen year old to not be so eager to travel away from family and friends. Wait a little while and grow up a little more surrounded by those who love you!

But if i was to go back to England now, it would be like living in a foreign country after so many years of living in America. I'd fall in love with the place all over again, I'd enjoy the good fish n chips, the steak and kidney pie, but I'd miss the weather and tings here too. I'm living in Florida now and loving it, so going back to England would totally not be like I'd never left.

But being who I am, I always make the most and see the best of where I am, no matter what! I'd still be smiling, still be loving who i am and how I see things. I'd still be the me I've grown up to be...
