Songbird_nz: Alrighty folks, time for another life update, this one's a bit tricky to write and it may alarm some of you, but please everything has been sussed out so please don't worry or panic too much.

So 2 weeks ago on Saturday in the midst of my mini staycation while my Mum was visiting I had some sort of weird episode.

I had what initially presented itself as a seizure, I was found by my boyfriend on the floor of his room unconscious, convulsing and unresponsive. We were actually due to have lunch with my family that day, and while this was happening I hadn't been in contact with my Mother, but quite luckily she called my mobile and Kirill answered and informed her of the situation to which the response was "CALL AN AMBULANCE!"

So an ambulance was called, apparently all my vitals were completely normal (temperature, blood pressure, blood sugar) except I completely failed the "follow my finger with your eyes" test and I started to be responsive but only one word at a time and once every 2 minutes or so, for about 4 hours the only words I could say were "Help" "Scared" and "Mummy".

The paramedics couldn't for the life of them figure out what was wrong with me, but Kirill did inform them of my night terrors and panic attacks, which some of these symptoms initially seemed like, but to a much more serious extent. They initially put me down as having a panic attack, but because no one was sure, off to the hospital I went.

Spent a whopping six hours in the hospital with my boyfriend, Mum came and joined us a little bit later needless to say it was a much more interesting experience for her than a run of the mill family lunch lol. I must have had my temperature and blood pressure taken about 5 or 6 times since I got to the hospital, every single time the readings came back normal. So the doctor comes to see me and runs some tests, now I'm starting to pass the "follow my finger with your eyes" test and she's shining some lights in my eyes to see if there was anything going on in there, got me to push against her with my hands and feet (I was capable of doing so, but very weak). Although, there was some minutes there where I wasn't able to tell my right hand from my left hand.

Doctor went off and had a chat with her superiors, everyone sort of just went "I dunno!" So they had to send me home as there wasn't much they could do except make sure that I went to my GP so he could refer me to get further testing. So that's what we did!

So been in and out of hospitals and specialist centres for blood tests (all normal) urine tests (also, all normal and not pregnant, but I think the entire planet knows that lol) An ECG (again... normal) and a CT scan (surprise surprise! Normal!) So, we're not 100% sure what happened and why it happened but we are incredibly thankful that it isn't anything nasty or serious, just confused as to what the heck lol. Kirill has been incredible, basically "babysitting" me, as I couldn't really walk normally without losing my balance or getting dizzy or a headache for over a week, so if I had to leave the house he'd be holding my hand. He monitored my sleeping habits and when and where I was taking my pain medication so for that I thank him, in fact BOTH of my parents called him on numerous occasions to thank him for "looking after our baby" which made him feel special

Anywho! I'm so sorry for the novel but I did feel like I needed to explain almost everything haha! I hope I haven't worried anyone significantly as it is all sorted and I have been given the all clear by all doctors and am back to both my jobs without any interruptions! Have a great day guys!
