Slandering me in a live stream because dude got some screenshots that were edited and are fake....and thinks I went behind his back in the last two weeks. He was calling me all sorts of names and threatening jail time. Absolutely absurd. springsunshine82: Being publicly slandered on a broadcast stream which goes around the country. This is daily..all bc I left this dude's viewing group and removed his emoji from my name. The app is Pococha, and he's smearing me so bad from what people are telling me. Defamation of character, liable, character assassination, slander. Those are only some of the charges I could hit him with. He's also harassing my friends when they enter his broadcasts and one person told me it's so bad they left his viewer group and his stream. In fact he screamed at a friend of mine on camera. Absolutely juvenile for a 39 y/o man. This whole thing started due to me writing a post on insta and posting it venting about people attacking me in streams. Well he took it as the entire thing was about him even though I just tagged them in the post to show what was going on. He had already disrespected me on camera, so I left. He would also flirt with me heavily in front of his gf even though she constantly addressed the situation. It was gross and finally I got so fed up I just left. I am fed up....he flipped out on me for leaving his family (viewing group), taking off his emoji, and finding other streams. He's currently 45 minutes away from me. He is here on vacation with a friend and I wish he'd go back to Boston already. 😵💫 This is so ridiculous....he called me delusional for calling him out on his disrespect. He acts like he had this delusional claim on me. springsunshine82 in reply to MontanaMatt: He continues and yet it is actually illegal. I'm looking into legal options as California has very strict laws about this sort of thing. Matt he calls me ex...we never dated! Today I had to order a new charger for my Chromebook. 🤦🤦 Hoping it'll work! Anyways it's been a long day but I had fun with Pococha. (It's a broadcasting app.) If the charger fits, then I'll have my Chromebook back to being usable. Still haven't found a decent place to stay yet and it bites. springsunshine82: I remembered my friend advised me to just spend two hours apt hunting and then back to my school work. Hello, balance ⚖️. Much easier. springsunshine82: Exhausted doesn't come close to how I feel. Adulting is so hard especially since I'm apt hunting. springsunshine82: Today was an awesome day!! I had no one there at the ceremony with me so yes i walked through the ceremony by myself with the other students who actually were super friendly!! We walked in with pomp and circumstance, we listened to four speeches including the student commencement speaker, and then we went on stage to receive our diplomas and have our picture taken. Then we did a group pic on the stage and we left after that. We even did the tassel switching from right to left to signify we were graduates and we threw our caps in the air for a pic!! After the ceremony I was treated to lunch by our deacon and family friend. It ended up being one of the best days of my life. And even though I had no one there with me, I had a cheering section!!! Lol Idk who it was but I'm grateful. I worked so hard to reach this day and came from so many semesters behind to graduate and walk in a ceremony today!! We received journals from the library, pens, pencils, sanitizer, a highlighter, a cookie, a backpack, and I even received a note from my academic counselor and I'm in the program.
