Geoff: NO Sorry, but... Atheism is a non-belief. Atheism is the failure to believe in an animate god. Just like not collecting stamps is not a hobby. The scientific explanation of the origins of the universe, life and intelligence have nothing to do with atheism, except that some people who actually understand and accept the scientific principle are atheists. My atheism isn't so much as disdain of the creation myth historically supported by the national church in the land of my birth, as by a disgust at the manipulation of the masses by those who control religion, "in the name of god". That and the fact that I don't need to believe in a reward after this life in order to act in a moral manner. 1 year ago

I thought for a minute you were beckoning readers to disbelieve Geoff. But what you're saying is you agree with Geoff ( "What Geoff said ..." ), and that you "simply don't believe ..." Got it ... ...
