I am exceedingly nerdy, as well as "a little too honest sometimes" as my friends like to say.

I was a cook for 8 years and a chef for 7, but I have recently changed my career, attending school for network administration, I still enjoy cooking here and there, mostly for others. I left the culinary industry because I was beginning to resent it once I worked my way up to Owner and/or executive chef, which required me to spend most of my time filling out paperwork instead of actually cooking.

I enjoy conversing about any subject really, though I do try to avoid both religion and politics. If you wish to breach either of those subjects, I am willing to hold a conversation concerning either of them, though if we choose to do so, I want to make it clear, while I will never intentionally attempt to demean you for your beliefs,views, or opinions, I will vehemently defend my own personal thoughts and views.

That being said, I do enjoy being proven wrong with sufficient evidence, as that would allow me to learn something new.
