Now a days, lotsa guys grow their hair, seen many back on home trip.

underherboot: It's sort of out of character for me. I'm neither a musician, a stoner, nor a hippie, and I work in perhaps the nerdiest profession there is, engineering. What prompted me to grow my hair years ago has to do with the circumstances of my upbringing. I grew up during a military dictatorship, where long hair, speaking about certain things, and acting freely got you in trouble. To grow one's hair was an act of rebellion.
