UnholyReverie: Footage showing how RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) have done severe damage to private property to make it inoperable, in fear that it might be used in a FUTURE protest. No crime committed, nor even participation in a lawful peaceful protest. Just police acting under orders of the current Canadian fascists. They were allowed to do their protest. An injunction so people could fucking sleep at night cause of the constant honking of semi trucks is not fascist. UnholyReverie in reply to Renkotsu: Did you even watch the video? There is a RCMP rep admitting they disabled vehicles, and they show the damage done to those videos. The damage was done to PREVENT their use in any protest. These were vehicles not involved in the protest. Whatever you think about the protests, this is clear evidence of RCMP overstepping. And don't straw man me. I never said "not honking at night is fascist." That was a legal and reasonable decree by the courts, and as far as I know the protesters have abided by it. UnholyReverie: Even with 4 million + followers on Youtube, and no-doubt a popular presence on other platforms, and a reasonably well-known name, Brand still has to tip toe around certain words, certain completely reasonable skeptical questions, for fear of being canceled. |
