<P>Why does it seem to be so hard to work under someone?I guess because I used to be a retail manager and now I work under someone who has the exact same job as I used to and does not treat her employees right.I took this job in cosmetics to get away from another bosswho wanted me to do things illegally at workThe thing is that SHE was the STORE manager and I was a department manager.For example she wanted me to ask an employee to work off the clock and then have me take that person out to dinner to repay her and of course when I bring the situation up to the proper people nothing gets done about it.I wonder if God puts these people in my life to mold me for something better.Anyone got any ideas?Now I am in a sales oriented career and I love being creative an making people feel good about themselves,but I dont like the "selling" aspect of it all.I feel stuck.</P>
