I have a playful personality, I love to laugh and joke around, aswell as being there for those who just need someone to talk to. But Jesus takes the crown! "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 wheelgirl: Chris Tomlin - Is He Worthy? Psalm 98:1-3 Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! For He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory. The Lord has made known His salvation; His righteousness He has revealed in the sight of the [a]nations. He has remembered His mercy and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. wheelgirl: Matthew 7:1-5 “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. John 7:24 Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment.” View all 5 posts TheEnigmaThatIsMe24 in reply to LeJohnd007: Calling out sin in order to help someone out on their journey with Christ is not judging. However, if we look down on someone for committing any sin, and especially if it's a sin we struggle with, that would be judging. Many people think 'don't judge' encompasses every encounter with an avid sinner. But no. You can kindly and in love point out that what someone is doing is wrong and they need to repent. Otherwise, we're hurting them rather than helping them |
