Zanjan: A company sent us a gift card for a large percentage off hearing aids. Took their website hearing test to proof it for hubby, who thought he needed one. Result: I had significant hearing impairment.....book an appointment at our clinic for another test. Right, I'd heard every word they said! Beware, people - sometimes it's not the ear that goes, it's the 'wires' in the brain that misfire. If someone you know wants to go to a hearing clinic, tell them to have a hearing buddy go first - fight a poser with a poser. Zanjan: Sometimes, before one gets all huffy, one should to think about what might be going on in someone else's life before they play the Hulk, even on line. The worst offenders are those who don't know each other, who play fast and loose with the words. I'll be away for awhile as my husband is in hospital in critical condition.
